For our first meaning of 2018 we are having OU graduate student John Farrell from the OU Norman Dept of Health and Exercise Science, as our guest speaker. John will share with us information about an MS study he is conducting and he may be looking for volunteers.

March 10th MS Express – Stephanie our Social Director is setting up a trip on the Amtrak Freedom Flyer to Fort Worth, for a one day adventure. The train departs Oklahoma City at 8:25 a.m. and will arrive in Fort Worth at 12:27 p.m. The Amtrak station in OKC is located at 100 North EK Gaylord. The plan then is to catch the a city bus to the Stockyards to watch the cattle run and eat lunch. Departure from Fort Worth will be at 5:25 p.m. and we will arrive in Oklahoma City at 9:27 p.m. The cost of Amtrak is $55.80. Stephanie is willing to set up the reservations.
