Updated: This month’s meeting was moved to the fourth Sunday due to the Get Away Weekend. The plan to have a physical therapy speaker has fallen through. The program has been changed to watching a DVD from the National MS Society titled “Resilience – Addressing the Challenges of MS”. Following the showing of the DVD will be a discussion about coping and resilience with multiple sclerosis as per the National MS Society’s material.

Looking Ahead

  • The November 20, 2016 meeting will feature Jason Klassen of the National MS Society and the scholarship winners.
  • Updated: The annual Christmas party will be our December 4, 2016 meeting. Chip will be catering the event again this year, however instead of the traditional turkey and ham we’ll be having barbecue.

Correction: On October 18, 2016 an email was sent out stating this year’s Christmas party “will be held Dec 3d”. This information is incorrect as December 3rd is on a Saturday. In keeping with ATOMS tradition the party will be held on the first Sunday of December which is the fourth and has been planned for several months.

Last month’s minutes are now available on this website.

It has also been a long time since we have updated our membership directory.  If you can’t make it to the meeting but would like to have your information listed you can email or snail mail Jody your information.
